So, schools coming up %26amp; it's my first day of high school. Any advice on what to do %26amp; not to do. Also I NEED CLOTHES TIPS. i like wet seal, aeropotale, southpole , rocawear, %26amp; jcpenny, %26amp; rue 21.

First day of highschool! Woah. I went through that last year, so its still fresh in my mind how scary that was. I was worried the entire summer! It was rediculous.





First off, you need to realize that all the bad things you hear about highschool, usually isn't true. Alot of people are just trying


to scare you. There are no bullies, and the upperclassmen are not mean to you, personally.





Now it is pretty much a known fact that all freshman are hated as a whole, but that doesn't mean they hate you specifically. Its just, a bunch of new kids coming into the school i guess is pretty annoying. I suggest you just try to stay out of the way, and don't freak out and run in the halls. Play it cool, and relax. If you act all wierd and freak out, then yes, they won't like you for sure.





So to sum it up:





DO


-make a lot of new friends, and just over all, be a nice, friendly person, who is open minded, and funny.





-MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION!!! The first day of school is very important. The first WEEK too!! Don't dress slutty, you don't want to give your teachers that kind of impression. Dress kind of classy almost. School classy, if you know what I mean.

Wear things like that, to give your teachers a good impression of you. Let them know that you are willing to learn, with an open mind, and a positive attitude.





-Get a good education!! Don't slack. Its highschool. The big stuff. I mean, your entire future lies on the grades you are getting now.





- DO visit your new highschool ahead of time, and maybe walk through your schedule and visit all of your classes. Does your school offer a day where you can just walk around and get yourself familiarized with the place? If so, check it out!











DONT:





-Think or act like you own the school.


-Get involved with too much drama. Choose your friends wisely, and don't get involved in baad things.


-Dont be influenced by anyone. you are you. don't give into any kind of peer pressure, no matter what.


-Dont worry. you need to relax, and just tell yourself that this is going to be the best year ever. It was for me :]]
