deffiantly superdrug, for the foundation anyway.
erm, boats do really, really good mascara, and natural collection has all different types, like long eyelashes, curvey and whatever else.
blusher, deffiantly superdrug.
superdrug for concealor.
boots for the lipgloss,
btw, if you just want to go to one, i'd say superdrug, so cheap, yet the best makeup in there :)

foundation: Revlon Colorstay (choose betwen oily akin or dry skin version)
blusher: Check out Covergirl blushes
powder: NYC transluscent loose powder
concelear: I honestly don't think you can get any good concealer in drug stores
lipgloss: Revlon ColorStay
thickening mascara: L'oreal voluminous or CoverGirl Lash Blast or
and a natural looking eyeshadow: Maybelline Chai Latte quad

This is a lot to answer but ok!
Foundation: Dream Matte Mousse adds a pefect, flawless sheen and comes in lots of different shades and textures.
Blusher: Miss Sporty is cheap and comes in 3 great colours.
Powder: Boots have a Natural Range, great powders that are cheap.
Miss Sporty also have pressed powders.
Concealer: Natural Range and 17 Hide Away concealer are great for hiding blemishes and marks. Cheap and easy to use.
Lipgloss: I prefer to use the vaseline lip balms but there are great
Rimmel London ones and try any lipglosses from any of the prodcucts names i have mentioned so far.
Mascara: Sexy Curves adds great thickness but not so much on the legnth. Zero clumps.
Collosall is really good at thickening your lashes but can be too clumpy if applied to thick. Again, browse through other product names that i have mentioned.
Eyeshadow: Natural Range is FABULOUS and comes in really neutral colours. Barry M is also good, most colours are neon or are bold but it also has some really nice golds.
Hope i helped! :D
I mostly end up beginning cheap and trying out several types. Do what fits your situation and I bet your instinct will be correct. I use http://BrandsMakeup.com
Okay, well for foundation, if you have a Body Shop buy the tinted mousturiser, it has a very even and natural look. That or Max factor. Blusher, i have a mac blusher which is quite expensive but they have good ones in Benefit. For thickening mascara, go for volume clubbing borjois or sexy curves, which isnt as volumising but VERY very good,
the best powders have to be boots 17 pressed powder and maxfactor creme puff. they both give excellent coverage and have made my skin much better than it used to be, both give same effect but if your on a tighter budget i'd go for the 17 powder, it's cheaper and also presented better :)
