Advice on helping shortening 400m and 800m times for track ?

I need to shave 4 seconds off my 400m time and 5 seconds off my 800m time in 5 days help please?Advice on helping shortening 400m and 800m times for track ?
honestly, probably not going to happen in 5 days of training, unless you haven't been racing to your full effort. with a week of hard workouts you will not see results in 5 days, you more than likely would just be tired and run worse if not use to it. if its time to peak, run light workouts take it easy, and feel rested going in.Advice on helping shortening 400m and 800m times for track ?
what you want top do is sprint a ton of 100s and run acouple of miles. if can sprint your *** off in a 100 then you can do a 200 perfectly. And if you can run atleast 3 miles with no issues then your 400 time will decrease.

And for the 400 you start off at a pace of more than a jog less than a full out sprint, the middle speed up, the last 150m while in the middle of the last curve thats when you open up your stride, kick up your legs swing your arms more and go full out and dont stop till you pass the finish line. I know it hurts but it WILL benefit you, i promise.
Well I don't know about the 800, but I'm pretty bomb at the 400m. All I can say is sprint the entire way on the 400m. Don't listen to the b.s. about pacing yourself and then sprinting the last 100, sprint your butt off the whole way. You will feel like crap afterward but it will be so worth it. :)
There is nothing you can do training-wise to shave off that time in 5 days. So the only way that can happen is if you dig deeper and race really hard when the time comes to run. It has been done I bet you can do it.
