I have the same problem as you. Luckily, there is a product called Jolen. It's a cream that you rub on your arms or anywhere with excess dark hair, and it bleaches the hair on your arms to a light blonde. It lasts a couple weeks, and it works amazing! You can buy it at any drugstores, I bought it at CVS. Hope this helped!
leave it be. noone cares about arm hair seriously. i'm a young teenager and people dont really look at your arms and judge them.
