Help - advice for someone?

i know someone that been labeled mentally impaired . he is not mentally impaired . he got a 90 in his English test he Always gets a passing grades those are passing grades. his mom thinks he intelligent. if his mom thinks he intelligent why she don't want to take the label off do you think it makes senses . he is not disabled mentally . my friend want to prove those doctors wrongHelp - advice for someone?
