yell at her when she nips you.
give her lots of chews when she needs to bite.
yell at the dog when she does her business in the house, then take her outside immediately. As soon as she wakes up put her outside so she knows that's where she has to go.
with the begging, distract her with something else or pay more attention to her.
leave the dog in a crate if she is bugging you at night.
walk the dog and play outside with it to run in out of energy.

All of these problems mean that you need to find a positive trainer. It's much too much to try to solve these kinds of problems online - except to say that any type of physical punishment or correction must be avoided. Hitting, striking, ';whupping'; (I can't believe that!) and otherwise slapping a dog around will get you in to a lot of trouble with the dog. Find positive ways to stop the unwanted behaviors, and find ways to catch your dog doing the right thing.

How old is your dog? Is it teething? Have you check her mouth? Maybe she has a tooth ache?
Sounds like she has a lot of energy, maybe she's still a puppy, or that you have an active dog. What kind of dog do you have? Some dogs are more active then others. You'll need to get her lots of exercise, to tire her out.
She needs to learn boundries and probably needs obediance school. The reason why she acts the way she does, is because you let her get away with it. Dogs are smart, they will test you in everyway they can. They want to see what they can get away with. You'll need to stand your ground.
A lot of this varies depending on the age and the breed of your dog.
How old is the dog? How much running exercise does he get? Some of the problem may be that he isn't getting enough exercise. Do you use a crate at night?

Ok well first things first it depends how old your dog is. If he/she is between 3-12 months then this is what you do:
1.When she bites someone tap her firmly on the nose (not too hard) and sternlty say (as you would to a child) NO. Point to what she did and say it again. Then ignore it for up to 3 minutes. Puppies hate being ignored so if she knows you will be mad and ignore her for doing something bad she wont wanna do it again.
2. Buy her a couple of REALLY durable chew toys. Like anything made of hard rubber or a big bone. She'll love you and it will help with her biting, which is probably happeneing because her adult teeth are coming.
3.This is a tough one. You need to REALLY be stern here. When you see that shes peed or anything in the house. Stick her nose in it and sternly say NO, no peepees. Then bring her outside and say peepees outside. Sounds silly but be consistent and it will work. Also reward her with a treat and much praise when she DOES go outside.
4.For the begging I'm not sure what to tell you other then to give her a bit more attention or a little more play time.
5.Try setting up her crate somewhere in your bedroom. She may be afraid to sleep alone at night and simply wants the comfort of knowing your there. If you dont have a crate you should get one. A crate is like a home for a dog, a safe haven. Dont put her in there when shes bad, just let her know that its hers where she can nap or lie down and relax and sleep.
6.Puppies are naturally playful. Especially certain breeds. The best thing to do would be to tire her out. Take her to a field or a park and make her chase a ball around for an hour or so.
7. Teach her boudaries. When you walk into the bathroom and she tries to follow her, take her out and say NO again sternly. Even if she goes in there when your not using it you should do this.
