Any advice for making sure your bird is moist at Christmas , and do the birds giblets help make a nice gravy?

Don't lay the bird on its back, flip her over, so all the juices run into the breast whilst giving it a good roasting.

I'm afraid that you will have to supply your own gravy (not custard).

...*NB....they get upset if you try to stuff their feet up the backside again*...Any advice for making sure your bird is moist at Christmas , and do the birds giblets help make a nice gravy?
Just make sure once you have the legs spread its kept well lubricated especially during the stuffing process.Any advice for making sure your bird is moist at Christmas , and do the birds giblets help make a nice gravy?
