well when i was little i had shop lifted, but i still got that record but i have to wait for another 2 years to clear off, now i am 14 years old, i know i made mistake, but i need help. Unfortunately, for those of us who have been victims of ';juveniles';, criminal records are ';sealed';--not accessible to the public. Fortunately, for you, as a juvenile, employers do not have access to your record.
You're not planning to get a job in the store you shoplifted from, are you? If not, you're fine. An employer's not going to check the arrest record of a 14 year old for job over the holidays.
some employers look at your record but as it is only a little job they probably won't mine
yeah I agree with him, they probably would look at your school reports though......
