Help and advice on gaining muscle mass and losing body fat

I am 5'10'; and weigh 160lbs. I am looking to stay about the same weight but losing fat and gaining muscle mass. The areas I need to focus on are my shoulders and arms. I am looking for tips and advice for working out/diet at home. I have 2 10kg dumbells and an exercise bike. I'm quite athletic already and am looking to get rid of that small layer of fat that just won't seem to budge.Help and advice on gaining muscle mass and losing body fat
