Help/advice for a chesty cough!?

for the past 2-3 weeks I have been suffering with a cold (blocked nose, sore throat, headache etc) but the symptoms were on and off.


For the past 2-3 days I have felt much better but now overnight I have developed a chesty cough with a bad headache!

and paracetamol for your headache - try drinking lemon tea, doesn't have a very pleasant taste but it will help.
