In need of Legal advice please help?

If a current child support case is brought into court again by the ex-wife over arrears, does that mean the entire case is open? Such as will we be able to deal with visitation also? or will it just be focused on arrears? please let me know i go to court on tuesday in hopes to fight for my daughter. I pay all my support ALL OF IT. just was never granted visitations because i was unable to pay to have the case opened again. point to note this is in Florida i live in CaliforniaIn need of Legal advice please help?

You think we're lawyers?????In need of Legal advice please help?
arrears and visitation are separate matters and must be delt with separately......if a child support case is brought before the court they will only hear the support issue.

If you have visitation issues you must file separately for Family Court to hear your concerns....good luck.
I'm sorry Larry, but everything i've heard, read or been told is Support and Visitation are two separate issues. You can try and bring it up at the hearing, but don't get your hopes up..

Good Luck and God Bless
I believe those are 2 separate issue's. You could try and bring it up but not sure if they will hear it. Petition the court to be granted the visitation. Give it a try and see if they will hear it. Good Luck
You will have to consult an attorney in Florida but you probably won't be able to bring up visitation. If you have paid all your child support there would be no arrears.
