Im 14 and I think I'm pregnant. I need help from someone, and some advice.?

I think I may be pregnant! Im only 14 years old. Me and my boyfriend have had sex about 4 times. The last time was the day before my period. Well the next day I didnt start! And I feel like crap lately. And I have no idea how to even tell my parents that I have been having sex let alone that I may be pregnant. Someone help!Im 14 and I think I'm pregnant. First, calm down. Stress can also cause your period to be late. You need to try to get a test. You can get them from any drug store and I don't think you have to be a certain age to buy one. If you are, you'll need to tell your parents so you can start getting prenatal care. If you aren't, you have 2 options. The first being to jus go to the store and buy condoms. They not only protect against pregnancy (97%) but they also protect from std's. The second option is to tell your mom you need to get on birth control. You don't necessarily have to tell her its cuz your having sex. Many young girls do because their periods are very irregular. Think back to when you had sex. the last time you did (day before missed period) you should not have gotten pregnant. Most women ovulate around day 14 (ovulation is when an egg is released from the ovaries and is your most fertile time). The egg only lasts around 1 to 2 days. And sperm can last a couple of days before day 14 (although it might be different for you) and a couple after. At most they can last 7 days but its usually around 3-5. So chart the days you had sex and if theyre around those days (day 10ish-day17ish) you could be pregnant.





But be warned. all women's bodies are different. You can ovulate anywhere from day 12 to day 21. Oh and what i mean by day such and such is how many days after the first day of your LAST period.





Take a pregnancy test. And know that youre parents love you. I promise you'll get through it.
Well, first off, get a pregnancy test. No use getting all worked up over nothing, now is there?





second, if you are pregnant, you have three options: abortion, adoption, and parenthood. If you don't want to kill off an innocent baby, then you can let another family raise it or do so yourself, which I wouldn't recommend at your age. If you do decide to raise it yourself, ask your boyfriend how much of a father he'll be, and you'll need to get some sort of job. Talk to your parents too. It'll suck, but it's better than showing up one day toting a baby in one arm.
I think you should get one of those pregnancy test kits and find out if you really are pregnant. It might be a possibility that you're period is a bit late.





I'm assuming that your parents are hard to approach on these matters?


If you can speak to them, that would be great, but if not you really need some adult that you can trust and talk to. It can be anybody, maybe if you have siblings, or relatives, friends or even teachers or school councillors, however you should look for an adult who knows what to do in these situations.

Didn't anyone ever teach you about contraception? Condoms? Birth Control? PRAY that you're not pregnant, and if you aren't, get on birth control, or stop having sex. The world doesn't need anymore kids living off welfare.





You're going to have to tell your parents. You made an adult decision to have unprotected sex (risking more then just pregnancy; STDs, AIDS, Gonorrhea, Herpes etc) so go to your parents like an adult and tell them the truth.
Go take a test PLANNED PARENTHOOD, or any free clinic or you can always have someone older buy you a test to make sure and once you find out if you are forsure then you should tell your parents no matter how scary it may be it would be the best thing to do because at your age you will need all the help you can get why are you having unprotected sex so young?

First you have to calm down and take a test. If you would feel better about it you can go to Planned Parenthood. Then if you are pregnant they can discuss ways with you to tell your parents. You can also talk to a school counselor. There are many groups on the internet for young pregnant teens that you could join and talk to about it also.
ur 14 u werent emotionally ready for sex. thats why you feel terrible. nd you werent equipped for it either. anyways so many 14 year olds come on here saying ';ah i had sex and didnt get my period i think im pregnant!'; - well your body is still regulating so your period isn't going to be on a perfect track..





i can't believe you don't know everything about your own period and you already had sex. gosh!
The best thing to do is to do a pregnancy test. you can get them from your GP or if you have a sexual health clinic they are free. I also went through the same thing but fortunatley i wasnt. also if you are having symptoms you should check by visiting:

Your only 14, so your body wont have a perfert cycle yet.


i've had this problem before. (ima guy using a friends account)





my gf was 2 months late.


and it was just because her body is weird, her cycle etc.





plus you wouldn't feel crappy the next day if you were pregnant

That is a big problem. You will just have to know that your parents love you, want the best for you, and even when you tell them and they are dissappointed in your actions - they will still love you and want what is best for you.

i think before you tell your parents that your pregnat , you should find out if you actullay are , there is no need to freak them out over nothing so take a pregnacy test or get someone to take you to a doctor

get a test, don't panic...but you should have thought of this possibility before having sex so young. You should talk to your parents or an adult.
