try giving(force feeding) her a spoon or half spoon of sugar..

i've tried this to my dog before so many times and it worked...

you may try this also if you want...Help advice needed?
How long since she ate last? Her tummy might be too upset to eat. If you are worried about her sugar dropping you can get some NutriCal or NutriStat, both are a good high calorie suppliment paste. I keep some on hand for my chihuahuas for just in case. You squeeze out about an inch on to your finger, and wipe it on the inside roof of her mouth. That way she has to swallow it. It also tastes good.

Have you tried giving her scrambled eggs? They aren't bad for her, have nutritional value and are mild for upset tummies.

If she wont' eat eggs, you can give her caro syrup to keep her sugar up until she feels better. This can be done with an eye dropper or a syringe.
If you have had her checked out by the vet and the vet says she is ok, she will eat when she is hungry.
since when? does she throw up?? .... take her back. she may have parvo. and if so itll kill her if you wait too long.
I'm not sure of whatto do but if you haven't tried it get puppy food and mix it with water so it'soft
hmmm....have you tried liquid food....like taking canned food and watering it down? I have no idea beyond that. So sorry, hope she gets better soon!!
YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO YOUR VET ASAP, PUPPIES NEED TO EAT AND DRINK A LOT DURING A 24HR PERIOD
Make sure you are feeding a good quality food, put it down and leave it. She'll eat it. If she doesn't and she is still acting sick, take her back to the vet and tell him you aren't seeing an improvement.
wow.. that is pretty disappointing.. have you tried walking it and getting it exercise? sometimes that helps.
take her back to the vet, if she wont eat she could die.

have you tried the puppy milk on its own without the oats, if she is drinking she might like the milk. maybe she is having problems changing to solids, ask your vet about a healthy liquid meals to try and convert.

also try a wheet bix in the milk - my dog like that. crush it up well tho. best option still to talk to your vet about it.
