You could try getting a job as a tour director with one of the big companies (i.e. Cosmos, Explore, Contiki).

You could also check out consulates of countries you want to go to and see what they have for transitory workers during peak travel times. If you go to a country with a different language than yours you'll probably have to be very fluent in it to even get a job.Wanting to travel? advice and help please?
It would be practical to have a job now so will be able to save up for all travel expenses, as your destination and activities will, more or less, be dependent upon the amount of money you have. With that said, you should then work out a budget and decide how much you are prepared to spend against how much you are capable of spending.

But, first thing's first. Start job-hunting and distributing your resume! If you're really passionate about something, only you can make it happen. Good luck!
eurotrip.com is a GREAT resource for traveling around europe...
