thanks in advance.Depression help!! advice!?
don't try too hard to help him. this could make him

feel more depressed. it sort of emphasizes that he has

has a problem. if he's going to counseling, you could

ask if he'd like you to come along for support.Depression help!! advice!?
All i would do if i were you is i would spend every moment that you can with him (i am not saying he'll commit suicide or anything, if you are there you can talk him out of it) When/if he talks about what is wrong (if anything) be there as a listener, do not criticize. Just be there for him. Be his shoulder to cry on (if he needs) Just be there for him and tell him how much he means to you. That will help get rid of any further thoughts. Take him to fun places or do things he usually would like. Maybe having you there will bring him out of it,

If it is severe and he doesn't get out of it. seek help. He may hate you for the attention then. but in the end, he will thank you. Just don't become a bug, don't pester him. Be there for him but do not criticize. Be his friend, not his enemy.

It all really depends on your man. Is he in treatment for the disorder? Is he taking medication?..etc... This is his illness, and he must manage it, not you. If you do you are supporting his illness, that is not helping him. He needs professional help. He needs to tell you how to help him. If he is not in any form of treatment...you need to examine your involvement, for your own sake.
