I have a quick question for all mothers that have kids from new born up to 3 or 4 years, when changing your childs diaper how many wipes would you say you use on an average, if is different by age please be specific. thanks for your help and input.Mothers I need your help, please read and advice?
My husband would tell you ONE! TWO MAX!! But he's a tightwad. I used as many as it took to clean my baby and keep myself clean in the process. As they got older, more. And it naturally depended on what exactly I was cleaning. It's hard to be specific. Are you trying to budget or what?Mothers I need your help, please read and advice?
it seems i used up a ton when my kids were newborn. maybe a pack every week/week and a half.
but my youngest is 2 now, and i only use maybe 5 wipes a week, sinnce we are trying out the potty.
Okay....for just a wet diaper...no matter the age...I only use one.
For a poopie diaper...On average it takes 5 for my 5 month old and 3-4 for my 2 year old.
My son is 4 and potty traiined now but I use 1 to wipe his bum. With my 6 month old daughter I use at least 2 for poop if it is not bad because I always wipe her down afterwards. When she has a 'blow out' I use 4-5 sometimes then a wipe down after - just to make sure I got it all!
one or two and i have a big bum.
use the number of wipes required to effectively clean the bum.
if it's just a wet diaper, just one
for poop, usually 2-4
Common sense should dictate that you wipe til it's clean.
i have a 2 year old boy (wipp be 3 in april) we are trying to potty train, but on a poopy diaper around 2 ius my average, unless its really messy then 9ve used l;ikle 7 before...it depends on the consistancy
I employ any mother on here to come up with a number...who remembers that??????????
For a poop- if it takes more than three- they usually get a bath- and always for crap up the back.
im no mother but i know coz my sis has kids and she udes 1 lloll
three to four, depending on how messy. some kids might need 6 or 7 wipes if it was all up their back! Or a clean dump would only need one or two.
Quick tip: as you take the diaper (nappy ) off, fold it in on itself to contain the mess, and use the back of the diaper to clean up most of the mess on the child. Then bag that, and use wipes or the rest.
I am not a mother, but I have ten nieces and nephews, and countless little cousins. Let's just say I've changed my fair share of diapers. It is not an age specific thing. If it was a ';number two'; :wipe thoroughly until clean. If all they did was a ';number one';: you are just wiping enough to freshen up really. That's it.
Why are u asking mothers and not fathers too?? Thats a sexist question!!
