my sister has lost weight and maintained it using the livestrong website. they basically help you plan your meals each day within your calorie count (which they help you determine).
i will tell you this, however....studies show that SUPPORT is the number one way to stay on a diet and exercise plan and succeed. without a support system you can easily fail. there are many support systems out there...my sister uses PeerTrainer (you can search for it).
