Losing weight help? Advice?

I really want to lose around 30 pounds this summer. I started and it lasted for like a week. Is there anything I can do to keep myself motavated to not eat junk food? I need some advice on how to lose weight without starving myselfLosing weight help? Advice?
find some healthy foods that you enjoy!!





instead of going for a cheeseburger go for some chicken..i found that i love gyro's they are awesome!!!...also eat a healthy snack..vegetables and fruits every 2-3 hours to keep the metabolism going at its best and if you eat healthy snacks every once and a while you will find that you wont need to gorge on the junk foods...also it is ok to eat your favorite snacks one day a week as a reward for being good the rest of the week just don't over do it!





I also did 30-45 minutes of the hardest cardio i could handle, every time i was done exercising i was covered in sweat and my legs were wobbly...Losing weight help? Advice?
just go to the gym. if you can't afford that do execersises at home buy some exersise dvd's do that 30 min a day. you can still eat junk food but eat less don't eat them everyday. you can eat whatever just smaller portions. after a big meal go walking at leat an hour. trust me it works. don't eat all diet foods thats boering! still eat regular food and still lose the weight. just eat smaller portions. eat light throughout the day so you won't be that hungary for dinner after dinner walk. try crunches after every workout try 50 a day stay active. if you don't like to excerise just do a lot of waking. walking is easy!
Losing weight isn't just about dieting, it's also about exercising. Run, swim, ride your bike, do something that makes you work up a sweat.





And if you can manage to quit eating junk food for long enough, you won't even like it anymore. When you get cravings for it, just distract yourself with something that will take your mind off of food.
definitely do not starve urself! give urself 1 day a week to relax and have the foods that u want, but stick to ur plan for all the other days. wen u have an outlet u dont feel deprived. if that doesnt work than try not eating any junk food for 3 weeks, ur body can only crave and miss wat it still has, so by the end of three weeks the chemicals and cravings should be out of ur body and u wont ant them anymore. good luck!
you can try putting the scale next to the fridge :)

have dairy, such as yogurt or cottage cheese each day,


plus 2 pieces of fruit.


Try starting your day off with Fiber One cereal with fruit.





Have a salad with protein for lunch and a small healthy dinner
I used to have that problem, so what i did was i kept myself busy. I run, play music, do homework, whatever. just something to keep my mind off of it. before you know you wont have that problem
look in a mirror and if you really like how you have been looking (after you lost weight) you will be motivated to continue. Dont give up! And jsut eat healthy and wokr out.
