Just listen to what they tell you, they will give you loads of direction, pay attention and you'll be fine.

Yes, just relax and be yourself. You have been choosen for a reason so just do your thing and you will be fine. Are you in drama classes? That will help you break the shell of shyness and will help you learn characters. Also I would practice. Sounds funny but get a full length mirror and start posing and making faces. Serious ones. Funny ones. Go through emotions. Angry, happy, sad, surprised.

Anyway, to start, I would see if there is classes, or clubs, or something like it nearby (at your school or in your community) that can help you...

Just relax. Be cool. Listen to the photographers, coaches, etc. Don't show nervousness.
Don't let them talk you into taking your clothes off in front of the camera.


That is a sure sign that it is your last shoot.
