I have small red spots kind of flaky on my arms. what could it be?

Is it itchy? Without actually seeing it then it is hard to tell you what it might be. Most likely it is dermatitis or an allergy of some kind. Go to the chemist and get a cream for rashes. Ask the pharmacist for advice. If that does not work them pay a visit to a doctor. Good luck!
