We've been married for eight months but have been intimate for over a year. He literally cannot last longer than five minutes. I am seriously frustrated and don't have a clue what to do about this.I need help/advice for my husband as well as myself.?
Wear a Ryan Seacrest mask and start things off by proclaming that 'Tonight we have a very special 2 hour episode'.I need help/advice for my husband as well as myself.?
have you tried going down on him after he comes that should deffinatly work
Get him to go to a dr and get his hormone levels checked. My huband was on a prescription when he was very young that had effected him to this day and he didn't realize it. You would be amazed what effects all the female hormones in food (chicken and beef especially) and milk have been having on young men.
Lots and lots of foreplay. Nothing can really make it last longer other than doing it twice. Good luck
Well let him finish...then he still has a tongue and fingers. Let him spend the next while pleasuring you...one he has got you going he will be ready to go again.
This seems to be a common problem in a lot of relationships. Seek medical advice - only a certified doctor can diagnose and treat pre-mature ejaculation.
This a common problem for men, especially younger men. You will have no problem finding plenty of information on the web about it. There are some antidepressant medications that are used to delay ejaculation. On the behavioral side, it really pretty much boils down to practicing delay...you can find all the details and techniques for this on the web. One thing you might not find is to have him NOT stop when he ejaculates the first time, just keep going to maintain the erection.
But you must start by commucation. Talk to your husband, let him know you are frustrated and work together to improve you love making. Have fun working on the problem together, experiment, use toys, explore together.
There are other ways he can please you; is he not a skilled lover?
well you might have to try some fore play are go to a sex store and get him some detain gel are even see a doctor he may have a medical reason i was told some men last a few minutes u should jac/ him for the first one and then see
maybe your husband should seek medical advice.
Maybe you should have him please you first, then have intercourse, when he feels he is going to unleash pull out and just calm down. wait a few minutes before going at it again. if that doesn't work I hear squeezing the ';balls'; will make him last longer. Like when he is going to come give them a squeeze.
maybe you have to do it twice at a time .. the 2nd time always last longer
They do have medicine for that, if you think he would be upset by you bringing it up then you get it and slip it into his food!
Give him a ';BJ'; first. Then he should last upto a hour. Good Luck.
the first guy answer is good but d** a year is long time take him the Dr. and get him some Viagra that might help

Birth control help/advice?
I'm 16 and I have incredibly heavy periods and big painful cramps. My period also last about 9 days and is really irregular. Sometimes i even throw up. I'm not sexually active and don't plan on becoming so. Would birth control help? What kind would be best?Birth control help/advice?
Birth control pills would probably help as they over-ride your natural menstrual cycle and regulate periods. They also eliminate pain and cramps during periods. I think it would be a good idea to talk to a doctor about taking them - he/she will assess you and determine whether the pill is suitable for you to take. I have a friend with the same problem as you. Her periods were so prolonged, irregular and painful she had to take time off from school and work every month - it interfered with her life. She went on the pill and she's no longer troubled by her periods at all.
Hope I've helped.Birth control help/advice?
I highly reccomend Loestrin 24 Fe. It is a low dose estrogen birth control pill. Go to a gyno and get a pap smear so you can get a precription. Or if you are just wanting to give it a try before getting a years prescripton you can go to any abortion/health clinic and they will give you a few packs free plus probably a prescription for another month or two. Although in norder to continue the use you'd have to go get a pap smear. But yes, Birth control pills would greatly help Id believe. Check out this site you may find it useful http://www.loestrin24.com/loestrin/home.鈥?/a>great wear

Need some help/advice with this!?
I'm working on myself and my relationships with others. How can I be a better me, or a better person to others? How do I expand, and branch out of the normal people I usually associate with? I want to meet different kinds of people, especially men, just to see where it goes, potential dating. My past relationships have been emotionally abusive, so I'm trying to develope myself more as a person, become more well rounded, gain more confidence and build my self esteem back up, and get to know more people and personalities, hoping to eventually have a real and healthy relationship with a guy that actually treats me right for once. How do I do all these things? How do I develope myself more? Thanks for any input.Need some help/advice with this!?
thats good you're trying to do that! i do that too..
what i do is...
i evaluate myself and find out what went wrong in all these situations.. what i did wrong.. what i need to fix..
and then i find out how to fix the flaws and polish/develop myself
theeeeeeeen i take steps on accomplishing them. baby steps would be good too. its all up to you how you do it, as long as it gets you there! just dont do anything to hurt yourself, hehe!Need some help/advice with this!?
you go out more, go beyond your usual circle of friends, meet new people, join groups, interact with more people.
well you need to heal.. and be picky when you do seriously date again.. and when you in a abusive relationship it is nothing you could have done or said different it is them...
have guidlines or boundaries already in place before you go into a relationship. you know what is and is not acceptable to you. date all diffrent kinds of guys and you will be suprised if you feel good about yourself, the higher quality guys you will attracked.
Congratulations on your new found vitality for life and everything it has to offer. A journey begins simply with a single step and you have definitely taken your first step toward the new you.
Taking up new activities is a great way to broaden your horizons and potentially expand your social network. Consider activities that you have wanted to get involved with that may also have a social aspect about them. A few that come to mind: Amateur Theater Productions, Nature Walking Groups, Church or other Spiritual Centers, Sporting Activities (if you are athletic), Book Clubs (if you are more passive) just to name a few. Check your local library for notices about upcoming activities, get the catalog from your local college for their next semester. Most colleges offer a stream of short courses each semester.
Check amazon.com or similar sites for books on self help.
Finding the right man for a healthy and fulfilling relationship is definitely harder (as I am sure you already know). Have you tried asking your friends for recommendations? Not their cast offs but good guys who would make a great catch (married friends seem to always know a great guy they would like to set up with a great gal). You never know if you don't ask. After all a guy who comes with a recommendation must have the advantage over a guy whose history you have no clue about.
I wish you bright blessings and many wonderful experience as you travel along your path to enlightenment. Congratulations on your new direction. Take Care!
Well, that's good that u r developing u'r self.If u want to meet more friends chatting is the primary option. But if u want to meet physically, then i suggest join the clubs,or get membership of inner sports club, there u will find so many strangers to interact with.Last option is travelling.Go for a long journey and u will definately find there people with whom u can expand u'r relationship.
well,.... don't get me wrong, but if you dont already, i think you should go to church. there are lots of groups there, and guys. Not only are there usually lots of options, but MOST of the guys that go to church will treat you like you should be!
hope that helps :D

Congratulations!!!! Just look nice and put yourself into new situations. Never go overboard with the se#y outfits. Guys that go for that are only looking for se#. There is a big difference between being se#y and and looking like a slu*. Always be polite and considerate.
Go places that you would not ordinarily go. Join clubs and organizations that have the potential for meeting people that have like interests.
Never let anyone put you into a situation that you feel uncomfortable in. Watch for ';Red Flags'; such as guys that are demanding, too needy, jealous, brag too much, borrow money a lot, feels the need to carry weapons, pushy, talks too much about se#, doesn't want to know too much about you, ignores you when in conversations with other people (especialy men), expects you to do eveything, wants se# too quickly, tells you that he loves you very early in the relationship, agrees with everything you say, etc...
Watch for good characteristics just as being a good listener, interesting, good sense of humor, respectful, sensitive to your and other people's feelings, asks your opinions, voluntarily does things for you, not pushy, not arrogant, expresses interest in what you like to do, etc...
If it feels wrong, it probably is. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Mainly, just take your time. Get to know the guy very well before giving your heart. Always watch the way he treats other people, it is a reflection of how you will be treated. Always feel confident in yourself, and remember that you deserve someone that will love and respect you.
Good Luck!!!

Need Mechanic Help /Advice, I'm Out $800.00!?
Took my Chevy Astro in because battery light was coming on. Paid $300.00 for new alternator. Drove van home, battery light still on, gauges went to zero, van died in the driveway. Mechanic had it towed back to the shop. Says alternator shorted out and fried my computer. Wants me to pay $500.00 for new computer. If old alernator fried computer, how did we drive it to the shop and back. If new alternator fried computer, should I have to pay for the defective part or installation. Please advise!Need Mechanic Help /Advice, I'm Out $800.00!?
It sounds like the mechanic forgot to disconnect the battery before working on the alternator, and shorted it out himself, or forgot to reset a code and the computer shut down. Either way it's his responsibility once he starts work on it. He should have inspected and test drove it before turning it over to you, and ran a full diagnostic on it before letting it leave the shop, that is unless he thought it would last a few days longer, than he could blame the problems on you.Need Mechanic Help /Advice, I'm Out $800.00!?
Try to go to other shop and have them check on it cause i think the 1st mechanic you went to is trying to rip you off usually if the lights on you prolly need a battery fluid. If your alternator went out at 1st then you werent be able to go no where....so have another mechanic look at your car
Contact your local Better Business Bureau - number is in the phone book and file a complaint. Was your light on when you left the mechanic? If you paid that much - the part and labor should be under warranty and there fore would make it their goof.
The mechanic mis-diagnosed your problem, and I would definitely take it to another mechanic.
I highly doubt that your computer is fried. He's just looking to make money. I'd even question if he replaced your original alternator.
Look under the hood and see if the alternator looks new. If he replaced it it should.
I would definitely recommend learning some things about automobiles yourself.
However. I would say that the new alternator that he placed in the vehicle is definitely not working to recharge the system. Was the battery light on as soon as you left the mechanic? Or just as you got home?
I would try installing a new battery first to see if the car starts up before doing anything else. If the car starts up with a new battery, then it's not the computer.
There's a lot of things that could be wrong, but putting in a new computer should be one of the last things to attempt.
E-mail me (by clicking on my name to the left) if you want more detailed advice and how to trouble shoot the problem on your own.
Any time a fuel injected car's battery is disconnected, a voltage surge occurs. If your mechanic did not connect the battery properly or used a bad charger when restarting your car, the PCM could have suffered terminal damage. Yes it's your mechanics problem now. I hope you have a receipt for the initial work.
Threaten the mechanic by telling him you will contact The BBB, or the Labor department, or even the Local Law enforcement. The Mechanic might even give your $300 back. That Thief Mechanic.
